What gives this design its character

An open center

The backdrop behind the sofa stays mostly ivory. The canopy is concentrated above the seating, leaving a calm center for the people on stage.

Fabric with dimension

Large swags sit over a pleated backdrop. The different folds add depth even though the fabric stays within a narrow ivory-and-white palette.

Balanced side accents

White floral arrangements and greenery stand on both sides of the sofa. Reflective plinths and side chairs extend the arrangement outward without introducing a strong new color.
