How Booking Works
From first message to takedown — the same path whether you choose Essential, Premium, or Luxury.
- Share your celebration — inquiry, free estimate, a call or text to (614) 927-9772, WhatsApp or an Instagram DM, with ceremony types, guest count, venues and dates.
- Your written quote — we reply within one business day, refine cultural details, color story and tier, and send an itemized quote covering stages, draping, florals and tables.
- Reserve your date — a signed agreement and a 50% deposit hold your date. Dates are not held without the deposit. We accept Zelle and Venmo; payment details come privately with your invoice.
- Balance & logistics — the remaining 50% is due 72 hours before your event, unless your written agreement says otherwise, while we map load-in windows and rules for every venue you booked.
- Install, celebrate, takedown — our crew styles every element and clears the room after; you never set up your own centerpieces.
Every event starts at $1,500, our per-event minimum. Planning ranges per event: Essential $1,500–$4,000, Premium $3,500–$8,000 and Luxury $7,000–$15,000+. Multi-day weddings keep every event under one design, and your written quote arrives within one business day.

Every event type starts at $1,500 per event (Essential tier), which is our minimum booking and the figure the instant estimator starts from. Can I mix tiers across different events?
Absolutely! You can choose a different décor tier for each event. Many couples go with a premium stage for their Walima or reception while selecting a mid-tier design for their Mehndi. We'll customize the quote based on your selections.
What's included in each event's décor?
Your written quote lists the décor and quantities for each event. Depending on your selected tier and design, that may include a stage or focal setup, guest-table décor, lighting, draping and florals. Full-service bookings include installation and takedown of the agreed décor; ceiling installations, premium florals and other additions must be specified.
Do you handle different venues for each event?
Yes! Multi-day weddings often take place at different venues — a mosque for the Nikkah, a banquet hall for the Walima, a home or community center for the Mehndi. We coordinate logistics across all your venues so you don't have to worry about a thing.
How do I reserve my date, and when is payment due?
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 72 hours before your event, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Your written agreement lists the exact amounts.
How far in advance should I book a multi-day package?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season (May–October). This gives us time to design a cohesive look across all events and secure your preferred dates.
