Our Home Base: Columbus & Franklin County

We are based at 555 Buttles Ave in Victorian Village, a few minutes from the Short North Arts District and about two miles north of downtown. Consultations happen by phone, Zoom, at your venue, or at a home visit — we come to you. Travel and delivery depend on the venue, distance and setup requirements. Your written quote will confirm these costs. This is the only city on the site that is our actual home base.

Columbus demand is not one neighborhood. Downtown and the Arena District book hotel ballrooms and skyline rooms — Hilton Columbus Downtown, Renaissance Columbus Downtown, Vue Columbus. East of I-270, the Bhutanese-Nepali community concentrates in Reynoldsburg, Whitehall, and Pickerington (kosha, swayambar, Dashain). North of Morse Road, the Somali community books Aroos stages in Northland halls and the Westerville corridor. New Albany and Dublin pull Indian mandaps and corporate galas. We design all of those from one truck. Our corporate gala décor includes a December 2025 gala at the Hilton Columbus Downtown.

Planning a Columbus event with us

• Travel and delivery depend on the venue, distance and setup requirements. Your written quote will confirm these costs.
• Send the venue name and date first; if we have worked there before, we plan from that experience.
• Downtown hotels and the Convention Center usually set strict load-in windows. Ask your coordinator for yours and send it with your inquiry.
• A signed agreement and a 50% deposit reserve your date; the remaining 50% is due 72 hours before your event, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
