We Design & Dress Cultural Stages — Not Commodity Risers

What to send us for a stage quote
- Room photos, especially the wall behind where the stage will go, and the ceiling height.
- Whether the venue supplies a riser, and its size.
- Where the nearest power outlets are.
- The load-in window, and whether the venue allows setup the day before.
- The venue's rules on open flame, fog and wall attachments.
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit reserve your date; the remaining 50% is due 72 hours before your event, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Starting prices by event type are on the estimate page.

What is a sweetheart stage?
The elevated focal area where the couple sits at the reception — with backdrop, florals, and lighting. The most photographed spot at any wedding. We build them for every cultural tradition.
Do you provide the structure or just the decoration?
Complete stage system — framework, pipe-and-drape, all fabric draping, florals, lighting, and decorative elements. You bring nothing separately. We build everything at your venue.
Do you bring stage structure or only decorate an existing riser?
Both. Many halls provide a basic riser; we can dress that riser or bring additional staging, backdrop frames, and seating platforms as the design requires. Structure needs are confirmed after we see your venue photos or floor plan.
Can one stage design work for ceremony and reception?
Often yes — we plan convertible designs when the same room hosts both, or we stage a ceremony backdrop and a separate sweetheart/cultural stage when timelines and spaces differ.
Do you rent empty stages or design full stages?

Yes, when the venue allows it. For a September 2026 wedding at Mill Run Event Center we decorated the day before, so the room was ready early on the wedding day.
