Event Decorator in Akron, Ohio — served from Columbus
Akron is just under two hours from our Columbus studio. North Hill’s Bhutanese-Nepali community often books kosha and swayambar décor in party-center rooms — a cultural brief we design with the same care as our Columbus installs.

Party centers plus North Hill — two different Akron jobs
Summit County books a lot of celebrations in classic Northeast Ohio party centers. Venue types we plan load-ins for: Greystone Hall, The Galaxy Restaurant & Banquet Center, Todaro’s Party Center, Occasions Party Center, Tangier, and Guy’s Party Center. Those are the load-in types — long banquet rooms, existing stages, tight docks. Hudson, Stow, Fairlawn, Bath, Cuyahoga Falls, and Highland Square stay on this page.
North Hill is the community angle: Bhutanese-Nepali families in Akron look for swayambar and reception staging that understands the sequence. We already design that work in Reynoldsburg; Akron is the same ceremony language on a longer drive. See Nepali weddings.
Canton is right next door in Stark County, about two hours from our studio, and we plan both cities with the same crew and inventory.

What Akron families book most with us.
Bhutanese-Nepali swayambar
North Hill community halls and banquet rooms. See Nepali and Bhutanese-Nepali.
Party-center full rooms
Galaxy / Todaro’s / Occasions / Tangier / Guy’s–type buildings: stage, linens, lighting, ceiling where the room allows.
Nikkah & Walima
See Nikkah.
Historic halls (Greystone-type)
Tighter historic rooms need a different plot than a party center. We ask for photos of the empty room.

Mansfield & Richland County
Mansfield sits on I-71 between Columbus and Cleveland, about 1 hour 9 minutes from our Columbus studio. Richland County events use banquet halls, hotel ballrooms, civic auditoriums and church or community halls, so we size Nikkah, Walima, reception and milestone setups to the room rather than to a downtown ballroom. If your guests are split between Columbus and Cleveland, a Mansfield hall can be a practical midpoint. We have not decorated an event there yet, so we plan each room from hall photos, the floor plan and the venue's load-in rules.
