Send your date, venue, guest count and event details through the inquiry form, call or text (614) 927-9772, message us on WhatsApp, or DM us on Instagram. We reply within one business day to confirm your brief and the details needed for a written quote.
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 72 hours before your event, unless your written agreement specifies otherwise. Dates are not held without the deposit.
We accept Zelle and Venmo. Payment details are sent privately with your invoice.
Cancellation, rescheduling and rental-damage terms are outlined in your signed service agreement. Ask us before you sign if anything is unclear.
Popular wedding dates fill first, so earlier is better. Many couples book several months ahead. Short-notice requests are subject to availability and scope, so call or text to check your date.
No. The estimator gives a planning estimate, not a final quote or availability confirmation. Your written quote sets the price for your event, venue, guest count and design.
For a wedding reception or a Nikkah/Walima, the estimator's planning figures start at $1,500 (Essential), $3,500 (Premium) and $7,000 (Luxury). Other event types are listed in the planning table. Compare tiers on packages.
Travel and delivery depend on the venue, distance and setup requirements. Your written quote will confirm these costs.
Yes. Many families book several events, such as a Mehndi, Nikkah and Walima, as one package. See packages and send us every event with its date and venue.
Full-service bookings include design, delivery, setup and takedown by our own crew. Your written quote lists the agreed décor elements, such as stage, backdrop, florals, seating, tables and lighting. Select rentals have separately confirmed pickup, delivery and setup arrangements.
Select décor rentals may be available by request. Contact us to confirm the items, availability, pickup or delivery, and whether professional setup is required.
Our website records through September 2026 list 138 events in total: 100 events at 73 named venues (70 in Ohio and 3 out of state), 7 private-home events and 31 events without a specified venue. The private-home event count is not a count of distinct properties. Check the venue list. If yours is new to us, we confirm load-in times, open-flame rules and wall-attachment rules with your coordinator before we design.
Yes, when the venue allows it. For a September 2026 wedding at Mill Run Event Center we decorated the day before, so the room was ready early on the wedding day.
Yes. Our records include celebrations in private homes, a Syro-Malabar Catholic church ceremony at St. Mary's in Columbus, a wedding at North Fairfield Baptist Church in Hamilton, a wedding at the Hindu Temple of Greater Cincinnati, and celebrations at the Bharatiya Hindu Temple in Powell and the Guru Nanak Society of Greater Cincinnati. We never publish home addresses.
Our main focus is Columbus-area venues and events roughly within a two-hour drive. Coverage depends on the actual venue, route and access schedule; farther events are considered by request. See service areas.

We share event photos only with permission. Tell us any photography or publishing preferences before your event; our venue and event record lists omit client names; testimonials are credited separately.
