Greater Cincinnati’s South Asian wedding corridor sits in Mason, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Deerfield. Indian and Pakistani families there plan multi-day sequences (haldi, sangeet, mandap, reception) at hotel ballrooms and banquet halls along I-71. That is the work we drive for.

Downtown and river-view venue types we plan load-ins for — Music Hall, Drees Pavilion, Duke Energy Convention Center, Manor House, The Grand Ballroom at Pinnacle, Ault Park Pavilion, The Center Cincinnati — are the kinds of halls we can load if your date is booked there. Send the venue packet; we will ask about freight elevators, banquet docks, and union rules before we design a mandap that has to strike overnight.

We don’t have a Cincinnati office — our Columbus crew travels to you, and we share photos from Cincinnati and Mason events only with the couple’s permission.

• A Mehendi (April 2026) and a wedding (May 2026) at Meadowbrook Banquet Center, Fairfield.
• A reception at The Kolping Haus (August 2026), with load-in coordinated with the venue coordinator on the day.
• A Hindu wedding at the Hindu Temple of Greater Cincinnati (October 2025) and a Nepali wedding at North Fairfield Baptist Church in Hamilton (August 2026).

Planning a Cincinnati event from Columbus

• Typical drive is about 1 hour 35 minutes. Travel and delivery depend on the venue, distance and setup requirements. Your written quote will confirm these costs.
• For multi-day weddings, tell us whether the room stays set between days or has to be cleared each night.
• Send each venue's load-in window. Earlier access means less rushing before guests arrive.
• A signed agreement and a 50% deposit reserve your date; the remaining 50% is due 72 hours before your event, unless your written agreement says otherwise.
