Do you charge travel fees outside Columbus?
Travel within Franklin County is always included. For venues 45 minutes to 2 hours from Columbus, a modest travel fee applies based on distance and crew size - typically $100-$350. We quote it upfront with your free estimate, no surprises.
What is the farthest you will travel?
Our standard service radius is two hours from Columbus, which covers Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, Toledo, and everything in between. For multi-day weddings, we occasionally travel farther - ask us.
Do you know venues outside Columbus?
Yes - we have decorated in halls, hotels, banquet centers, and community spaces across the state, and we do a walkthrough or venue call before every out-of-town event so setup day runs perfectly.
