Beavercreek is about an hour from our Buttles Avenue studio via I-70 West and I-675. That puts it inside our regular service area, and for most venues the travel line on your quote is small. It is always shown before you pay a deposit.
Hotel ballrooms near the Fairfield Commons retail area and I-675 run on hotel dock schedules, while country clubs and barn venues in Greene County usually give more setup time but have limited power and gravel access. We ask about both before designing so the lighting plan matches the available circuits.
